As CHRO, Vanessa oversees talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational strategy, ensuring Beriffa attracts and retains top talent to meet its global objectives. Her expertise in leadership development and employee engagement has strengthened Beriffa’s workforce, aligning human capital with the company’s strategic goals. Prior to joining Beriffa Group, Vanessa served as Head of Human Resources at a leading European consultancy, where she implemented transformative HR programs that enhanced employee satisfaction and organizational performance across multiple regions.

Vanessa holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Copenhagen and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Aarhus University. She is an active member of international HR associations and frequently speaks at global conferences on topics such as talent management, diversity and inclusion, and organizational culture.
