Webhooks

Receive events for service, billing, and incident changes.

Webhooks push events to your endpoint so you don't have to poll. Configure them under Settings → API → Webhooks.

Events

service.activated / service.suspended
invoice.created / invoice.paid
incident.opened / incident.resolved

Verifying deliveries

Each delivery is signed. Verify the signature header against your webhook secret before trusting the payload, and respond with 2xx quickly, do slow work asynchronously.

Retries

If your endpoint fails or times out, we retry with exponential backoff. Make your handler idempotent using the event id.
