Webhooks

Receive events for service, billing, and incident changes.

Webhooks push events to your endpoint so you don't have to poll. Configure them under Settings → API → Webhooks.

Events

service.activated / service.suspended
invoice.created / invoice.paid
incident.opened / incident.resolved

Verifying deliveries

Each delivery is signed. Verify the signature header against your webhook secret before trusting the payload, and respond with 2xx quickly — do slow work asynchronously.

Retries

If your endpoint fails or times out, we retry with exponential backoff. Make your handler idempotent using the event id.
