Billing & invoices

Payment methods, invoices, and how renewals work.

Billing lives under Settings → Billing. There you manage payment methods, download invoices, and see upcoming renewals.

Invoices

Every charge produces a downloadable invoice. Invoices show the service, period, and any taxes. Prices are quoted excluding VAT unless stated otherwise.

Renewals

  • Services renew automatically on their term unless cancelled.
  • We email you before a renewal so there are no surprises.
  • ASN registration is billed at $175 for the first year, then $350/year.

Failed payments

If a payment fails we retry and notify you. Services stay active during a short grace period so a card expiry never takes you offline unexpectedly.
