Teams & roles

Teams let several people manage the same account with role-based access. Manage members under Settings → Team.

Roles

• Owner, full control, including billing and team management.
• Admin, manage services and settings, but not billing or ownership.
• Member, day-to-day operations on assigned services.
• Viewer, read-only access for auditors and stakeholders.

Inviting members

Send an invite by email and pick a role. Invitees create their own credentials; you never share passwords. Every access change is written to the audit log.

Best practices

• Keep at least two Owners.
• Grant the lowest role that lets someone do their job.
• Review membership periodically and remove people who have moved on.
